Although EhrichSon's Bakery's primary mission is to introduce a New Orleans-Style Po' Boy French Bread to the Pensacola and gulf coast markets, life is about balance, we couldn't introduce something savory without sneaking in something a little sweet.  If you're a chocoholic, this one is for you.  This made-from-scratch cookie will both satisfy a sweet tooth, and leave you craving more.
