Do you have anything that is Gluten Free?No. We do not carry any gluten free products at the moment.

What does Vegan mean?Vegan is a catch all phrase that indicates that the product does not include animal products of any kind. (i.e. Milk, Butter, Eggs, Animal Fat, etc.) This is helpful to non-vegans who might have dairy or poultry allergies.

Do you have a store front?No. At the moment we are utilizing a commissary kitchen in partnership with Pensacola Cooks Commissary Classroom and Kitchen. We retail at local farmer's markets and events, but our primary mission is wholesale distribution.

Do you ship?Not at the moment. While an online shopping experience is a part of our roadmap for the future, we have not launched that option at the moment.

How long does your French Bread last?Since there are no added preservatives in any of our products, you can expect our bread to last 3 to 5 days in its original unopened packaging. Once opened, if exposed to the air and left unwrapped you can expect our bread to go stale in 6 to 12 hours.

What is the best way to keep your French Bread fresh?Our French Bread is best if eaten within 24 to 48 hours of its production date. After 48 hours, our bread can be toasted back to fresh within 3 to 5 days of production. Toast in the oven for 5 - 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Slice in one inch thick slices, butter, and toast in a skillet. If you are not going to eat your entire loaf of French Bread within 3 to 5 days, we make the following recommendation: Cut your loaf into thirds or quarters and place in a zip top bag Good in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Good in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.
